Admin Officer
(Full Time Position)

Job Description:

> Drafting of documents of the company such as Wills and correspondence.
> Managing documents of the company and the filing system.
> Preparation of documents for submission to insurance companies and government authorities.


> Candidate must possess at least a STPM, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
> Preferably Chinese speaking candidates.
> Computer literate / Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
> Meticulous, diligent, ability to learn quickly and on time delivery of work.
> Required language(s): Chinese and English.
> At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
> Application must be willing to work in Jalan Klang Lama.

Legal Trainer
(Full Time Position)

Job Description:

> Conduct training, workshops and customer talks on Estate Planning related topics.
> Assist on Wills drafting.
> Introduce & support estate planners through effective training, tutorials & workshops.
> Assist in marketing activities including company annual events.
> Handle legal & client enquiries.
> Research on estate planning related articles, case studies and competitors monitoring.
> Introduce new training programmes and workshops.


> Degree in law. (preference will be given to those with CLP)
> Good communication skills.
> Independent, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
> Fluent in English.
> Prefer candidate that able to read & write in Mandarin.
> Enjoy doing public presentation, meeting people and travelling
> Computer literate especially in MS Office applications, for example Microsoft Word & Powerpoint.

Legal Executive
(Full Time Position)

Job Description:

> Be a team player in Legacy Planning or Legacy Management
> Help to plan, advise and structure the wills, trusts and related documents when you are part of the Legacy Planning Team
> Help carry out the instructions of the clients stated in their wills, trusts and related documents when you are part of the Legacy Management team
> Must be willing to learn, work hard, committed, have a positive attitude and always willing to do your best
> Must be willing to be well-versed with the various laws and regulations related to wills, trusts and estate planning
> Must be willing to do the paperwork involved and handle the administrative work within the specified deadlines
> Where required, must be willing to meet with clients, their advisors and beneficiaries at Wisma Rockwills, branch offices or outstation.
> Required to attend calls from franchisee’s for enquiries related to wills, trusts and estate planning.


> Possess a degree in Law.
> Fresh graduate or minimum of 1 year working experience.
> Good command of English.
> Knowledge in Mandarin will be an advantage.
> Be meticulous, committed to provide quality services and work with deadlines.
> Good communication skills and tactful in dealing with people.
> Able to work with minimum supervision during and upon completion of the in-house training by experienced senior staff.

Accounts Executive
(Full Time Position)

Job Description:

> Manage Estate & Trust accounts.
> Cross check and ensure the accuracy of recorded cash and non cash transactions.
> Cross check and sign off for the financial accounts for Estata & Trust cases.
> Preparation of monthly Clients Account Department (CAD) report.
> Bank reconciliation for Estate & Trust accounts.
> Revaluation on the investments of Trust cases.


> Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
> Processional certificates in ACCA/CIMA/CPA
> Preferably 2 years of working experience.
> Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Klang Lama.
> Must be able to write and communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
> Applicants must be willing to report to work at Petaling Jaya.

Drafter (Will & Trust Services)
(Full Time Position)

Job Descriptions:

> Involved in a full range of estate planning and private trust services, including will writing, private trust set-up, estate and trust administration.
> Trained to handle a portfolio of cases to structure, draft and administer clients’ wills and trusts.
> Trained and guided to deal with various administrative aspects of their portfolio, dealing directly with clients, their advisors, relevant government authorities and family members.
> The candidate will be trained to manage the all aspects of Will and trust set-up; estate and trust administration; perform comprehensive reviews of financial statements for trust structures; review documents pertaining to the establishment and continuation of private and complex trusts; and ensure compliance with all relevant laws.


> Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
> Fresh graduate or minimum of 1 year working experience.
> Good command of English.
> Knowledge in Mandarin will be an advantage.
> Be meticulous, committed to provide quality services and work with deadlines.
